Greetings!!! I am Jane Baldwin, creator, and owner of the Steward Steps Blog. I have worked in the Catholic field for the past 20 years in schools as a teacher and in parishes. I have found my greatest joy in bringing individuals to the Catholic faith and helping individuals deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ. During that time Stewardship came under my umbrella when a colleague resigned and move to another parish. It is in Stewardship that I have found my greatest joy through the use of skills of leadership, ministry support and development.

Working in vibrant parishes has allowed me to support over 100 ministries at each of the parishes I’ve has worked for. I assist ministry leaders in evaluating their ministry work, developing leadership skills, increasing publicity about their ministry work, and setting short and long-term goals.
